The Southeastern United States’ first-ever city agriculture plan.

East Point City Agriculture Plan

The East Point City Agriculture Plan was developed using a community-driven process in partnership with Food Well Alliance and the Atlanta Regional Commission from 2019 - 2021. The process entailed 4 months of community engagement followed by 7 months of planning with a Steering Committee of local food and agriculture leaders and city officials.

In April of 2021, East Point City Council approved the City Agriculture Plan as a part of the Community Goals section of the city’s Comprehensive Plan.
